1. Description of Service

Caldense is a calendar color-coding service that automatically applies colors to your Google Calendar events based on rules you define. The service requires access to your Google Calendar to function.

2. Account and Access

• You must have a Google account to use Caldense
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must grant Caldense permission to access your Google Calendar
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal usage

4. Service Availability

• Caldense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We are not responsible for any calendar changes made by the service as configured by you

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of your calendar data
• We access your calendar only to provide the color-coding service

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caldense and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any changes made to your calendar by the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the service

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Beta Service

Caldense is currently in beta. Features may change, and the service may have bugs. Your feedback helps us improve.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
